Join Silgan Containers in Oconomowoc WI as a 2nd Shift Industrial Mechanic Monday thru Friday 2pm to 10pm. Earn $30.55 per hour while repairing and maintaining high speed manufacturing equipment.

Total wage of $30.55 per hour which includes the $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift.

Troubleshooting Equipment and Tooling

What Youll Do:
Troubleshoot maintain repair and modify mechanical systems on the production line.
Operate and maintain can line machinery in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Use precision measuring tools to work within tolerances of .0010.
Monitor product quality and production efficiency to ensure smooth operation.
Utilize mechanical manuals and diagrams to learn and troubleshoot new components.
Contribute improvement ideas for the work area safety quality cost control and productivity.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
We Need You To Have:
High school diploma GED or equivalency.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Willingness to operate and maintain Silgan Containers high speed can lines by performing and documenting quality checks.
