Job Description
Do you enjoy working with neurodiverse children Want to gain a wide range of pediatric Social Work experience Join Eyas Landings Merlin Day Academy program! Merlin Day Academy is a new innovative program designed to provide education and therapeutic intervention in a supportive classroom environment.
We are seeking a Pediatric Licensed Social Worker to join our team of top pediatric specialists for a fulltime caseload. Ideal candidates should be interested in developing their clinical skills using evidencebased practices in a multidisciplinary collaborative setting through oneonone and group sessions with children and adolescents and providing family support through direct service.
Responsibilities
Maintains a caseload of individual therapy sessions therapy groups and daily case management tasks.
Completes daily treatment notes daily data input and analysis initial and annual evaluations plan of care documents to update goals and other documentation as needed within required time frame.
Implements Eyas Landing and Merlin Days curriculum and to theories of practice models supporting Merlin Days therapeutic model.
Participates in ongoing collaboration with the clients team and family including weekly emails phone calls and in person discussions.
Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and families by providing parent education home programs and parent support as needed.
Collaborates with scheduling team to manage caseload requirements.
Creates visual schedules social stories and home programs to help support therapy goals.

Education Requirements:
LSW LCSW LCPC or LPC
Masters degree required
Experience working with children or clients with special needs preferred

Our Merlin Day Academy program provides students with autism ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse learning needs ages 6 to 14 an intensive individualized educational environment that cultivates relationshipbased familycentered care to strengthen educational and functional skills for students to become active successful participants in their community. Our collaborative team of therapists and educators provide special education and occupational therapy applied behavior analysis (ABA) physical therapy speech therapy language therapy nutrition and feeding therapy services.
