Job Description
Operating portions of thirdparty risk programs and provide a variety of services such as thirdparty risk assessment program management and data analytics. Oversee manage and prioritize daily work of individual workstreams associated with delivery of contracted managed service including coordinating and managing service delivery teams to maintain continuous delivery. Communicate issues and risks to project teams and stakeholders to provide visibility facilitate resolution and escalate when necessary. Assist with proactive resource management including scheduling of work coverage and backup support to achieved desired result. Utilize process management expertise to understand timeliness and quality measures conduct root cause and implement corrective action. Work with client TPRM teams to schedule and execute a variety of activities related to third party risk assessment. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact service delivery and client satisfaction. Work in a global delivery model manage USbased and offshore resources dedicated to product delivery and contract risk and performance management including managing to service level agreements. Be responsible for all engagement success factors including client satisfaction financial performance and the timeliness and quality of EYs services. Support gotomarket efforts product offering development and other improvement initiatives intended to help both client and EY optimize the delivery process.
Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate indepth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain longterm client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment Monday Friday 40 hours per week 8:30 am 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Management Information Systems (MIS) Supply Chain Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate work experience. Alternatively will accept a Masters degree in Business Finance Accounting Management Information Systems (MIS) Supply Chain Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
Must have 4 years of project/program management experience including monitoring project economics providing handson technical experience and managing client relationships.
Must have 4 years of experience in a thirdparty risk management and/or thirdparty risk assessor role.
Must have 3 years of experience in assessment design and implementation of risk management and/or compliance programs including within at least 1 of the following: risk governance risk appetite and risk tolerance risk assessment risk mitigation strategies integration of risk management and strategic/business planning processes or integration of risk management functions.
Must have at least 2 years of experience communicating with executivelevel clients stakeholders and/or vendors.
Must have at least 2 years of experience supervising teams of professionals in risk management engagements and/or projects.
Requires travel up to 80% of which 10% may be international to serve client needs.
