Job Description

Rn Supervisor for 132 Bed Facility Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facility.
We have Part Time positions available.
Day/Evening 7a7p 12hour shifts.
Working with you for a worklife balance.
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall functioning of nursing service in the facility on off shifts days evenings and weekends.
Work involves managing the care of facility residentsfrom admission to discharge.
To work in collaboration and coordination with the resident family members physicians interdisciplinary team members supervisors and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes.
To use independent judgment initiative and problemsolving to achieve clinical outcomes with and through the team members.
Manage IV Medications Respiratoryassessments and treatments as well aspass medications as needed.
