Workplace Experience Lead EMEA
As a Workplace Experience Lead at JLL youll be dedicated to shaping a brighter way for our client.
In this pivotal role youll create and implement innovative workplace strategies that foster collaboration productivity and employee wellbeing tailored to the clients unique culture and the EMEA market. Youll lead crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional workplace experiences that align with the companys organisational goals while adhering to UK workplace regulations and their global standards.

What your daytoday will look like:
Develop and execute comprehensive workplace experience strategies for the clients EMEA offices
Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless workplace solutions across the clients UK locations
Analyse workplace data and trends specific to the company to inform decisionmaking and drive continuous
Collaborate closely with the clients leadership to understand their unique needs within the EMEA context
Implement innovative technologies and processes to enhance workplace efficiency and user experience aligning with the clients techforward approach
Foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging across the EMEA workplaces reflecting both companies diversity initiatives
Present workplace experience solutions to the clients and JLL senior leadership addressing UKspecific challenges and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration or related field
Experience in workplace strategy or facilities management within the UK market
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a UK context
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in workplace analytics and relevant software tools used in the UK tech sector
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement new workplace concepts in tech organisations
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement within UK corporate cultures
Experience with UKspecific sustainability initiatives and wellness programmes in tech workplaces
Indepth knowledge of emerging workplace technologies and IoT solutions particularly those relevant to the client
Multisite workplace management experience across various UK regions and EMEA
Understanding of UK employment law and workplace regulations in the tech industry
Track record of successful largescale workplace transformation projects in the UK tech sector
