Key Responsibilities
Assist with surgical procedures as a Scrub Nurse
Ensure all instruments equipment and materials are prepared and sterile
Work closely with surgeons anaesthetists and other theatre staff
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control protocols
Support patient care before during and after procedures
Respond to intraoperative needs and assist in emergency situations
