Join our team as a Custodial Supervisor and play a vital role in leading and supporting custodial crews to ensure highquality service delivery across multiple job sites. Youll provide handson supervision coaching and training while assisting with scheduling project planning and transportation logistics. Schedule: Monday Friday 3pm9pm with flexibility in schedule required to meet agency needs

Responsibilities
- Supervise a crew of custodians to clean in the Canandaigua area
- Ensure the quality standards are met with each custodial contract
- Create a fun and supportive work environment for all custodians
- Ensure that proper documentation is completed for each job
Requirements
- Over three years relevant work experience with knowledge of custodial operations and experience in the supervision of others.
- Valid NYS Drivers license no moving violations for twelve (12) months prior to hire.
