The Renewals Specialist (VMware) for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) will be Responsible for proactively developing relationships with key internal and external contacts to leverage renewal sales.

Develops and monitors the pipeline of opportunities with manufacturers commercial team and customers.
Assists in the development and execution of plans to maintain and grow the renovation business this can be done in conjunction with a Field Sales Executive Product Manager and/or Renovation Manager.
It is also responsible for assisting and monitoring negotiation opportunities to identify potential Cross Selling to increase revenue and margin.
Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts for renewal sales growth
Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the renewals business this can be done in conjunction with a Sales Executive Product Manager and/or Renewals Manager
Develop and monitor the pipeline of renewal opportunities with manufacturers commercial team and customers
Assist and monitor negotiation opportunities to identify potential Cross Selling for revenue and margin increase
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin goals
Obtain and maintain certifications for maintaining supplier programs
Boost renewal processes by identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities during customer interactions.
Promote continuous improvements in renewal processes proposing innovative solutions collecting feedback and analyzing customer retention and capitation metrics
Performs other additional duties as assigned.
Associates degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
1 Years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in English (level B1 or higher) required.
Effective communication skills with ability to deliver at all levels.
Must be proactive and selfmotivated.
Analytical & numerate with excellent attention to Detail
Problem solving & negotiation skills
Effective time management and prioritizing
Must have strong organization skills with ability to plan prioritize and maintain focus.
An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
Able to work and achieve deadlines under pressure in fast changing environment
Microsoft Office including Word Excel & Outlook.
Basic understanding of computer hardware & software.
3 years experience in Sales desired.
Bachelors degree in BA & Marketing desired.
VMware Certified Associate (VCA) desired.
Professional environment (Remote).
Occasional nonstandard work hours or overtime as business requires.
Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all salesoriented activities.
