Now hiring a Clinical Education Tech and Data Analyst II!


Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring for a Clinical Education Tech and Data Analyst II to collaborate supporting the clinical development needs of staff Residency/Fellowship programs and student programs throughout the PHS enterprise by providing data management reports elearning project coordination application support and research.

Bachelors degree 3 years experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare operations analytics elearning development/instructional design business management and/or information technology. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: Experience in healthcare in healthcare operations analytics elearning development academic coordination and/or information technology preferred. Abilities: (Physical mental environmental requirements/demands)
  • Assumes and maintains various postural positions including but not limited to sitting kneeling reaching squatting climbing bending/twisting neck and/or waist lifting and carrying or pushing/pulling objects/equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts data gathering reporting and analysis of complex outcomes and processes data to assist in identifying needs for target audiences
  • Creates optimal budgetconscious tracking and reporting workflows to achieve performance objectives
  • Drives the implementation of projects and tracking key data points in collaboration with management and team members
  • Builds the collection analysis and reports to provide to the CPDS and CPDS Residency teams and management on the educational program effectiveness
  • Incorporates best practices for data cleaning data mining and visualization and reporting techniques
