Overview
EMBS Engineering is working in partnership with a leading global precision manufacturer that supplies complex components to the Aerospace Defence and Power industries. Due to the recent fastpaced growth of the business our client is looking for TIG Welders to join their manufacturing department.

Competitive hourly rate: up to 18per hour
Day shift 07.00 to 16.00 or 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 07.00 to 12.00 on Fridays with designated breaks
Overtime is available at premium rates
Additional benefits included
Your responsibilities as a TIG Welder include:
Welds sheet metal and machined parts per procedures.
Reads data cards/drawings for machine setup.
Sets up machines with required tooling/fixturing.
Completes welding efficiently to meet output.
Skilled in TIG measuring and hand tools.
What experience as a TIG Welder do you need
Minimum 3 years experience working on precision engineering components within an engineering or manufacturing environment
Experience working to Aerospace standards
Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings with welding symbols/WPS
Capable of working with thin gauge materials (0.4mm 1mm)
Worked with small to mediumsized parts (12 14)
Experienced in performing various welding techniques
