- Scheduling and client outcome information into a database and filing hard copies into client files.
- Prepare mailing labels and other materials for mass mailing.
- Take accurate telephone messages and deliver to appropriate faculty students or staff.
- Answer inquiries from general public faculty students or staff in pleasant and competent manner taking care not to disclose confidential information unless appropriately authorized.
- Close clinic at the end of the working day taking care to lock file cabinets containing confidentialmaterials check to ensure therapy rooms equipment rooms and office are properly secured and locked.
- Clinic coverage when Clinic Admin is not working or available.
10% Admin Associate and Director Support:- Aid the Admin Associate and Clinic Director with specific clerical tasks as requested.

Position OverviewThis position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic by providing comprehensive support for daily administrative functions and frontdesk responsibilities. The individual in this role will assist with a wide range of tasks that contribute to the overall effectiveness of clinic services and the client experience.

Position RequirementsDuring the semester term of the appointment the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours. For summer periods the student hourly must: (1) have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or (2) be preenrolled in the upcoming fall semester in no less than 6 hours or (3) be enrolled in summer session or (4) be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester. Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted for GRA/GTA/GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly appointments).
Employment Conditions(1) Student employees are
not eligible for remote work arrangements unless an exception is approved by the unit leadership and HR.
