Job Description

As a Quality Engineer in our Manufacturing facility youll help ensure our products not only meetbut exceedcustomer expectations. Youll be a key player in improving quality processes managing calibration programs and supporting companywide quality goals. Your work will help maintain topnotch standards across everything we do.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and shape quality strategies to align with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Help manage our document control system for easy tracking and compliance.
  • Lead the development and improvement of our Quality Management System (ISO/IATF 3 Pillar etc.).
  • Visualize and report quality metrics and audit results to leadership.
  • Promote a Kaizen culture (continuous improvement) across teams.
  • Oversee and improve our calibration programmaking sure all tools and instruments are accurate and meet industry standards.
  • Investigate any calibration or quality issues and implement solutions.
  • Train staff on proper calibration and quality techniques.
  • Participate in internal quality improvement projects.
  • Maintain and update important quality control documents and reports.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field (Engineering or similar).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing.
  • Handson knowledge of calibration and metrology.
  • Familiarity with tools like micrometers calipers CMMs microscopes etc.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF16949 standards.
  • Experience with quality tools like FMEA SPC and Six Sigma.
  • Skilled in internal audits and using data to solve problems.
  • Proficient with Excel and statistical software.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working in GMPcompliant environments.
  • Familiarity with advanced inspection tools like Keyence 3D microscopes Surfcom OInspect CMM etc.
