You may be eligible for up to a $1800 signon bonus for a Senior Medical Lab Technician Weekender position or a $2400 signon bonus for a Medical Technologist Weekender position (prorated based on FTE).

We are seeking a Senior Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Weekender / Medical Technologist (MT) Weekender Transfusion Services to:
- Perform testing in the clinical laboratories (any complexity)
- Work as an effective team member as demonstrated by good relations with physicians clinic staff and coworkers.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting maintenance and problem resolution.
- Demonstrate strong decisionmaking skills ability to work independently and the ability to take on teaching/training responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a chemical physical biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology Required or
- Bachelors Degree must include minimally 60 semester hours or equivalent that includes either: 24 semester hours of medical laboratory technology courses OR 24 semester hours 6 chemistry 6 biology and 12 chemistry biology medical laboratory technology in any combination Required
- Bachelors Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) Preferred
- Masters Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (MLS) or related science or healthcare field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year healthcare or lab related work experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Certification (Medical Lab Science Chemistry Hematology Microbiology Blood Banking Molecular Biology) by the board of American Society of Clinical Pathologists or similar agency Preferred
