Location: Remote Hybrid must be in commutable distance to Reston or Chantilly (NOVA or metropolitan DC area) for intermittent inoffice tasks

The company is seeking an experienced Proposal Staffing Strategist to join our elite proposal development team and drive our continued growth in the federal sector.

Responsibilities
Spearhead staffing solutions for highstakes government bids including GSA AAS vehicles
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to craft winning proposal narratives related to staffing recruiting and retention transition etc.
Lead the development of comprehensive staffing plans from initial concept to final submission includes participating in the estimation process
Apply your expertise in government staffing requirements (8140 Labor Categories etc.) to give us a competitive edge
Influence best practices and contribute to our Staffing Center of Excellence
Qualifications Please have the following requirements listed on resume before submitting for position:
Required:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
10 years of related work experience
Subject matter expertise of staffing best practices and proposal development
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS Pivot tables complex formulas etc.)
Experience with federal contracting and proposal processes
Within a commutable distance to Reston or Chantilly (NOVA or metropolitan DC area) for intermittent inoffice tasks
