Job Description
As a Partner and Category Marketing Manager for our growing Best Buy Ads business youll set the vision and develop the marketing strategy for a specific set of partners. Youll drive both category growth and advertising revenue through a unique blend of offerings and highvalue audiences. Your marketing strategy will keep a lens on total company and macro industry trends while developing new initiatives to engage customers. If you have the ability to effectively communicate value propositions deliver on goals and communicate with executivelevel vendors and internal leaders this role is right for you.
This role is hybrid which means you will be required to work some days onsite at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other nonBest Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What youll do
- Develop and deliver a clear marketing strategy for business growth
- Lead large campaign moments that drive business for your categories
- Lead and manage large strategic partner relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide partner insights and strategies
- Forecast monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets and expense to your leader on a timely basis
- Effectively manage your business trends and action plans
Basic qualifications
- 7 years of experience in retail media marketing sales or related field
- Deep knowledge of digital media online marketing technology and its competitive landscape
- Experience developing employee talent
