Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Setting:Clinic Based
Hours:Flexible Ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week
**Parttime employees are required to work afternoon hours (3pm6pm) at least 1 to 2 days per week.
Compensation:$65000 to $95000

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of children to assess physical cognitive and emotional abilities and limitations to determine their therapy needs and goals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that outline goals interventions and timelines for the child.
- Conduct mobility feeding and cognitive tests.
- Collaborate with parents caregivers and other healthcare professionals to support the childs development.
- Monitor and document progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Teach parents how to perform exercises with their children and assist the child in completing exercises at home.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in therapy from an accredited program required.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapistin Virginia.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Therapy
- Knowledge of occupational therapy treatment and modalities.
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each pediatric patient.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Strong knowledge and experience in administering various assessment tools treatment plans and equipment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
