You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWeredelighted to be recruiting for a new Development Customer Care Officer to join our hardworking team! You will be looking after our newly built homes for one to two years after theyve been built. We will provide you with full training and future opportunities for your professional development.
Thisrole willbe based from our Eastleigh office. Travel between our office locations (Yeovil and Bracknell) may be required so you will need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Your main purpose will be to Keep our customers informed on any outstanding works happening within their home whilst ensuring customers receive a consistent efficient personal service.
Here are Abri we are all about driving customer satisfaction so if there are any mistakes that need extra attention we will need you to ensure any complaints are dealt with promptly and any property defects are allocated to the right developer to action.
