About the Role

This role supports key Executive members coordinating relevant meetings including preparation of agendas taking and distribution of minutes preparation of correspondence reports etc. diary management phone screening and other administrative tasks that set our team up for success.
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with exemplary experience; including administrative and secretarial functions to support the Executive Team.
The role will require someone with demonstrated ability to plan organise and prioritise workload with multiple demands. Exceptional skills in the use of the Microsoft suite as well as experience using the Convene program will be favorably are keen to for an applicant who has the capacity to sustain effort and productivity setting a high standard for self and others.
