Job Description
80% FTE Monday Friday 8:30am 5:00pm with one day off per week. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at American Family Childrens Hospital in Madison WI.

Care for our youngest patients at American Family Childrens Hospital.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
- Provide care to children with common and complex kidney conditions
- Provide evidence based high quality nursing care for patients via telephone and MyChart.
- Assist with care coordination and clinic procedures.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families.
- Utilize evidence and science to guide practice.

- Graduate of school of nursing Required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- Relevant RN experience Preferred
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
