Staff Management Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Linden NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 8AM 4:30PM
- Monday Friday
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $21 / hour
Job Summary:
We are hiring an Account Customer Service Representative in Logistics to engage with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer emails
- Completing container reports based on information from our system
- IT destination changes for customers
- Invoice billing
- Sending stripping report & invoices to account
- Other functions as needed
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual (English AND Spanish)
- Detailed orientated
- Computer literate
- College graduate preferred
- Logistics experience preferred
