This position is for a Help Desk Technician who is the front line of the Managed Services Department. The department consists of 3 people with yourself being the fourth. A typical day in the world of managed services means assisting current customers and internal coworkers with technology needs which include everything from A to Z while manning the help desk system. No day is the same. Our employees are important to us so we start them out at above minimum wage within a range of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour.
