Job Description
Description of the role:
As an Experienced Sales Consultant at Wynne Ford in Hampton VA you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the carbuying process.

Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of the product offerings optional packages and latest technologies.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Perform highquality professional demonstrations of new and preownedvehicles.
- Negotiate closure clearly and concisely.
- Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively.
- Stay current on brand promotions financing options valueadded products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record required
- Willing to submit preemployment background checkand drug screen
