Raytheon is seeking a Financial Specialist to join our team. This is an opportunity for an experienced analyst to demonstrate their skill set while growing their network in multiple levels of Finance Leadership within the Sustainment Area of ElectroOptical Infrared (EO/IR) Solutions.
In this role you will be expected to provide financial reporting & analysis monitor variance analysis and reporting and field adhoc requests from leadership and the Program Team for Q27/29 and Triton Repairs Programs. This individual will collaborate with several functional peers and leads as well as Program Managers to monitor & update Short Range Outlook Risks and Opportunities monthly forecast updates EACs annual operating plan development and longrange planning.
This position requires an individual who possesses overall business knowledge excellent communication & relationship building skills and the ability to meet the responsibilities of the business.
What You Will Do:
Opportunity to join an experienced Finance Team with a focus on process improvement.
Exposure to complex & mixed portfolio business through contract type life cycle of program & execution strategy.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically candidates will have a bachelors degree and 2 years financial based experience or an advanced degree and less than 2 years experience.
Experience meeting critical deadlines.
Experience working independently under limited supervision.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Operating Systems and all Microsoft Office tools with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel

Demonstrated strong mathematical and analytical skills.
