Within this organization:
- Our Knowledge Team creates and maintains content for internal tools and the external Help Center supporting our employees contractors and users.
- Our Training Team develops and delivers training curricula that prepare health coaches Customer Support agents and BPO teams to provide exceptional care and service.
As the Senior Knowledge & Training Manager you will lead both functionsoverseeing execution while staying handson with content development and strategy. Youll guide the evolution of AIenabled knowledge tools drive impactful training programs and support a large and diverse user baseincluding Nooms coaching workforce internal teams and thirdparty partners. Youll also manage the person responsible for the internal knowledge base and ensure our growing library of content stays current and accessible.

What Youll Be Doing
- Codevelop strategic vision for Nooms knowledge management and training programs in alignment with user satisfaction coaching effectiveness and operational goals.
- Lead crossfunctional collaboration (Product Engineering Operations Coaching) to deliver a unified and scalable learning and knowledge experience across diverse audiences.
- Oversee AIenabled knowledge systems optimizing content for selfservice and automation to improve resolution rates and satisfaction.
- Drive content strategy by auditing and maintaining a large library of support resources ensuring accuracy clarity and alignment with brand voice.
- Design and implement training programs for internal and external teams including onboarding continuous learning modules and rolespecific development.
- Leverage feedback and data to identify content gaps refine learning experiences and enhance knowledge accessibility.
Manage and mentor a highperforming team providing clear direction support and alignment across internal and partner teams. - Track and report key metrics presenting insights to senior leadership to demonstrate the business impact of training and knowledge programs.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years in knowledge management training or content strategy with experience in tech SaaS or health/wellness industries.
- 2 years leading teams and managing complex projects across content training and operations.
- Skilled in optimizing knowledge bases for AI tools and chatbot experiences; familiar with platforms like Zendesk Stonly Intercom and LMS systems.
- Strong writing and editing abilities with a track record of creating clear engaging content for diverse audiencesincluding coaches users and external partners.
- Experienced in designing and facilitating training programs grounded in adult learning principles with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Datadriven and highly organized with expertise in managing large content ecosystems and continuous learning initiatives.
- Effective crossfunctional collaborator comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders in hybrid or distributed environments.
- Deeply aligned with Nooms mission and passionate about empowering behavior change through impactful learning experiences.

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $102000 $138000.
- The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
