We are here for your pets emergencies. The emergency pet hospital is open 24/7. When your pet has an urgent need and your familys regular vet is unavailable our skilled veterinary team is ready to support your pet with compassionate care.
Our team at Elk Grove Veterinary Specialty & Emergency provides a high level of veterinary care to the Elk Grove community. Our level of care is maintained by the stateoftheart diagnostic equipment and highly trained staff that is trained to treat your pet.
OUR HOME
Elk Grove Village offers a strong sense of community with a large number of events within the town. This Chicago suburb provides a number of parks and various community athletic fields for residents. You will also find fun attractions from an indoor playground to a carousel and dance studio and much much more. This stunning nature district has something for everyone even boasting a golf course. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with colleagues clients and support staff to ensure a compassionate and collaborative work environment.
- Motivated to foster a learning environment for colleagues support staff and veterinary students visiting the hospital.
- Triage and facilitate treatment plans for emergency patients.
- Continue care of specialty patients who are hospitalized overnight and on weekends.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
- Provide clear and complete communication to clients and support staff.
- Communicate with referral partners (verbally and with referral letters)
- Attend morning rounds to collaborate with specialists on the currently hospitalized patients.
- Maintain a positive and supportive work culture.
- Support the hospitals FearFree culture and commitment
