Job Summary
Performs repairs corrective maintenance and complex installations. Acts as a mentor to others in resolving incidents.
What will you do
Facility/Infrastructure Maintenance
Performs site inspections and monitors the building and Data Center alarms
Performs preventative maintenance on site infrastructure (e.g. maintenance of primary infrastructures) or manages vendors
Undertakes repairs and corrective maintenance
Assists Team Lead in coordinating critical infrastructure
Site Administration
Completion of site logs and data gathering for permits such as MOPs and scripts
Incident Management
Responds to all onsite incidents and acts as required
May instruct onsite staff during simple incidents
Work Orders
Completes complex work requests and circuit installations
Effectively collaborates with internal and external departments
Provides input to his peers for complex/critical maintenance activities
Works through issues in a confident positive way; can influence without authority
Additional Projects
Carries out more complex infrastructure projects
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What do you need
3 years of experience in Data Center environment
High School Diploma
EPA Universal Certification
The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
California (NonSF/Bay Area) Connecticut Maryland New York New Jersey Washington state: $67000 to $101000 per year
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the fulltime position determined by role level and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education and/or training.
