What Youll Be Doing
- Assist in performing routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
- Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical issues under supervision.
- Support team members in enhancing equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
What Are We Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to postoffer preemployment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
