As the Manager of Training you will be Highlands expert in building the technical safety and leadership capabilities of our growing workforce. This role has a direct impact on internal/external training performance safety compliance and operational excellence across our electric fleet operations.
You will lead a team of training professionals and collaborate with internal departments OEMs and external partners to deliver impactful training programs.
Your work will include designing and managing learning platforms developing certification and onboarding programs and creating datadriven development strategies that drive continuous improvement. This role ensures that Highlands technicians and frontline teams are equipped with the knowledge skills and tools to deliver bestinclass service to our customers.
