Job Description
Location: In Office Gurgaon
Duration: 6months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Operations team with data visualization and reporting using Power BI.
- Create dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data trends to support decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with HR teams to automate and optimize datadriven processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Power BI (or other BI tools).
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of HR metrics is a plus.
