As a Product Delivery Manager within Digital Client Services Team you will enhance and optimize the delivery of products to our customers. You will be a key member of the team creating solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an organized and timely manner.
Job responsibilities:
- Leads endtoend product delivery processes including intake dependency management release management product operationalization delivery feasibility decisionmaking and product performance reporting.
- Escalates opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Leads change management activities across functional partners ensuring adherence to the firms risk controls compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Manages timelines and dependencies effectively monitors blockers ensures adequate resourcing and liaises with stakeholders and functional partners.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Previous experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of delivery with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Experience in product or platformwide release management including deployment processes and strategies.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics.
