Position Summary:
Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing is seeking a 1st shift Polisher/Deburr Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will: Looking for a highly skilled and motivated hand polisher with experience in aerospace products for 1st shift
Position Responsibilities
- Assure the manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawings
- Adhere to all department and Company quality standards
- Check product dimensions utilizing proper equipment
- Refer any issues regarding Deburr and Manual Operations areas to senior leads or supervisors
- Assure compliance to all department and Company quality standards
- Record as required all productivity on Company system
- Clean and maintain machinery according to department and Company standards
- Adhere to all Company safety regulations
- Manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawings
- The ability to communicate in English (reading writing and speaking)
- Familiarity with dremil tools polishing wheels buffing wheels and Cratex polishing
- Familiarity with high speed Dotco guns
Qualifications:
- 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Ability to use go/no go gauges
- Ability to use dial calipers
Education:
High school diploma GED or equivalent.
