Job Description

This position is located in Ithaca New York. The successful candidate will have the option to perform this role at a location of their choosing within the United States.

The New York Convenience of employer guidelines require New York State individual tax reporting and withholdings for this position. Additional individual state income tax filings may also be required if working temporarily outside New York State.

The salary range for this position is $72 570 to $76200 depending on experience.

The Office of Student Health Benefits is responsible for ensuring that all Cornell students meet the universitys health insurance requirements. We also manage and provide support for those enrolled in Cornells Student Health Plan (SHP) Dental Plan and Vision Plan. Learn more about who we are.

Who you are:
As an individual contributor reporting to the Director and a member of the Office of Student Health Benefits this position collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop member and student specific communication using various methods of print and/or electronic media. The Office of Student Health Benefits has two functions: monitoring that all eligible Cornell students demonstrate proof of meeting the universitys health insurance requirement and supporting the administrative operations and compliance of the Student Health Plan (SHP) a selffunded insurance product.

Other responsibilities include:

SHB Health website and Salesforce case portal; support work designed to enhance the student/user experience; engage in the daytoday maintenance of these systems.
