Job Title:Operations Maintenance Manager

Location:Eastern Iowa Region IA

Compensation:$90 115K Base Salary

Benefits:Full Comprehensive Package

Company Size: 70 150 million in revenue

Keys to Job:8 or more years production manufacturing environment is a must; BA or AA degree or equivalent work experience. Preemployment DrugScreening & Background Check area must.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent; or 10 years of relevant experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment or a combination of education and experience
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on strategic planning.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments.
  • General proficiency with computers and related software.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a strategic business orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance operations including the implementation of effective programs to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to align maintenance activities with organizational goals and production schedules.
  • Develop and manage training programs to enhance the skills of maintenance staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a secure productive work environment.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to optimize costs while meeting service delivery timelines.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on maintenance activities forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and leadership.
