What youll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pickup truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

• Set the strategic vision for enterprise applications across the organization aligning IT initiatives with business goals across departments such as CRM HRIS Finance R&D and other critical platforms.
• Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming team of IT application professionals driving a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and department heads identifying opportunities to streamline operations enhance user experience and deliver measurable business value through technology.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise application initiativesfrom solution selection and vendor negotiation to implementation integration and optimization.
• Establish robust governance and standards for application performance uptime and compliance ensuring delivery of highquality services and minimal business disruption.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts ensuring that partners meet defined SLAs while delivering costeffective and scalable solutions.
• Stay ahead of technology trends evaluating emerging tools and methodologies to position the company as an agile digitally enabled organization.
• Own and manage the IT applications budget optimizing resources while driving strategic investments in scalable technologies.
• Champion change management and foster crossfunctional collaboration to ensure successful adoption and sustained impact of new technologies and processes.

Location & Travel Expectations:

• This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Novi MI.
• The responsibilities of this role require three daysattendance at inperson meetings and events regularly.
• Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel domesticallytravel to locations in South Carolina Virginia California to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

• 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT application leadership including a strong track record of strategic planning execution and team leadership.
• Proven success leading enterprise application strategy in complex fastpaced environmentsexperience in the automotive or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels and translate technical strategies into business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in enterprise systems architecture integrations (including API management) cloudbased solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
• A strong understanding of IT governance risk management compliance and budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale highperforming teams while fostering a culture of innovation transparency and accountability.

Pay Transparency

This is a fulltime exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidates skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range $200000.00 $220000.00
