Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Headmistress for our institution located in Davanagere. As a midlevel position the ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. This fulltime role requires strong leadership and administrative skills to manage the daily operations of our educational institution and to ensure the delivery of quality education in alignment with Podars values and mission.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates must have a degree in NTT/ Nursery or Headmistress (Mandatory skill) as this forms the foundation of the educational leadership roles.
- Must demonstrate a proven track record in educational leadership with the ability to guide academic and extracurricular programs effectively.
- Experience in school administration is required to manage daytoday operations and maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Ability in conflict resolution to address and mediate issues among students staff and parents constructively.
- Expertise in staff development to mentor and develop teaching and nonteaching personnel for continuous improvement and growth.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills to engage effectively with parents authorities and the community representing the schools mission.
- Candidates should be proficient in creating and implementing educational policies that enhance the learning experience.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive school culture that values student support and academic excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
