You fully contribute to the delivery of the routetomarket teams KPIs and annual objectives and drive the national account strategy at a local level in outlets such as cash and carry multisite and other selected food service customers.
How you will contribute
You will:
The Route to Market (RTM) Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic growth by optimizing distribution channels enhancing customer reach and ensuring efficient market penetration strategies for our portfolio.
Key priorities:
- RTM Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement RTM strategies tailored to retail universe ensuring optimal product availability and visibility. / Analyze current distribution networks and identify areas for improvement efficiency and expansion. / Align RTM strategies with overall sales and business objectives.
- Channel & Partner Management: Define and segment sales channels (e.g. direct indirect; supermarket hypermarket convenience) for efficient distribution. / Optimize own field sales team in terms of value/visit and distribution / Develop and implement segmentation of own vs. external tasks per store type / Coown contracts and manage performance metrics for thirdparty partners.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of RTM initiatives and measure channel & customer performance. / Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to refine distribution strategies. / Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in underpenetrated regions.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to develop robust sales plans aligned with RTM goals. / Work closely with the Perfect Store to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement across channels.
- Leadership: Ensure strong capability development for Field Sales and external teams to reach targets per channel / customer (e.g. perfect store)
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- University Degree in a related field MBA is a plus
- 5 years of commercial FMCG experience with Sales Finance or Demand Planning background
- Proven track record in understanding and managing complex planning assumptions
- Skilled communicator who can simplify
- Excellent German and English skills
Please note that this role is also suitable for parttime work
