Locum Radiographer Portland Victoria

I am seeking an experienced Radiographer who would like to Locum in Portland, Victoria.


The Details:

• $65-75 per hour super
• 4 - 6 months, with possible extension
• Rotating shift roster Monday - Friday
• Weekend and after-hours may be required- as per Roster
• Travel and accommodation will be provided

The Hospital:

Portland District Health (PDH) provides an integrated health service for the community. PDH delivers services from a single campus, employs around 470 staff with an FTE of approximately 290, and has an active volunteer workforce. The hospital was established in 1856 on the current site and now provides a comprehensive range of services that include:

• Hospital based Medical and Surgical services, Medical Imaging (Radiology), Pharmacy and Pathology
• A 24/7 Urgent Care Centre for emergency treatment
• Residential aged care for 30 residents at Harbourside Lodge
• An extensive range of primary and community services for the local community

Reaching this coastal escape is easier than you might think. A direct flight from Melbourne takes an hour, while those traveling from Sydney can expect to be in the air for roughly two hours. For visitors from Brisbane, the journey takes around two and a half hours.


About You:

• Current registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)
