Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager
Location: Remote (Offshore candidates welcome)
We re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our growing sales team. This is not a sales role it s a highly analytical systemsfocused position for someone who thrives on data automation and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
You ll take a welldefined sales strategy and build the infrastructure to support it automating workflows integrating tools like NetSuite Zapier and Apollo managing reporting and ensuring our lean sales team can focus fully on closing and growing accounts. If you re an operations leader with experience in consumer products physical goods or CPG and you love bringing clarity and efficiency to complexity this is the role for you.
A datadriven operator with a background in consumer goods physical products or CPG
A selfstarter who sees things through without needing close supervision
Highly analytical you turn raw numbers into clear actionable insights
A systems thinker you connect tools automate workflows and remove inefficiencies
Exceptionally organized the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks
Not a salesperson but the person who empowers sales to perform at their best
Own and optimize all sales operations processes and tools
Build and maintain automated reporting and dashboards (daily weekly monthly) using tools like Excel and NetSuite
Integrate systems such as CRM leadgen and sales platforms (e.g. NetSuite Apollo Playmaker Google Sheets) via Zapier or similar tools
Pull and analyze data from distributor and retailer portals improving automation and accuracy
Track and analyze performance metrics ROI on wholesale ads fill rates seasonal outreach etc.
Support backoffice admin: new item/order forms SKU and pricing setup buyer submissions (e.g. Walmart)
Translate strategy into operational processes and SLAs in partnership with leadership
Ensure clean accurate data across platforms to maintain reliable reporting and accountability
Connect systems across eCommerce wholesale and retail including Walmart grocery chains and independents
Develop visibility into pipeline performance and systems to track revenue growth
5 years in RevOps BizOps or sales systems management
Experience in consumer goods physical products or CPG is strongly preferred
Proficiency with NetSuite CRM especially dashboard creation and integrations
Strong technical skills with Zapier or similar automation tools
Advanced Excel skills pivot tables formulas and modeling
Experience managing multiple data sources including thirdparty portal pulls
Excellent communication skills able to simplify complexity and present clearly
High level of accuracy accountability and reliability no micromanagement needed
Experience supporting fastmoving revenue teams in lean scaling environments
Familiarity with Apollo Playmaker or other leadgen tools
Previous roles like: Sales Ops Manager NetSuite Admin CRM Analyst Systems Integration Manager Revenue Analyst
Experience with item setup forms pricing forms and other salesfacing documentation
Experience designing SLAs and building accountability frameworks for sales teams
