In this role you will meet with clients virtually in their homes or in your local community to assess their needs and recommend the right coverage.

Key Responsibilities
Meet with qualified leads in person virtually or inhome
Conduct needsbased assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Build longterm relationships based on trust service and integrity
Maintain and manage your sales pipeline with consistent followup
Represent The Rustman Agency professionally within your community and assigned territory
Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals
