Now we are expanding with our first Customer Support Department and seeking a Swedish and English speaking Customer Support Agent based in Stockholm
You wont be joining a support team youll be building it.
Until now everyone in the team has pitched in to help our customers via Intercom. But now were ready to take the next step and bring in our first dedicated Support Agent. Thats where you come in.
In this role youll lay the foundation for how we work with support going forward. Youll help our users in chat write clear and helpful support articles and collaborate closely with our Customer Success Manager to support webinars trainings and onboarding sessions.
As our first support hire youll play a key role in shaping the experience our users have after they become customers. At Teamtailor were proud of our reputation for exceptional service with an average response time of just 2 minutes and a CSAT score of 98%. That means we have a strong foundation and great inspiration to build on from our parent company Teamtailor.
