Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to support the companys strategic shift from a traditional channel sales model to a direct key account approach. Based in London the successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and managing major B2B client relationships driving revenue growth and promoting the companys unified communication solutions to seniorlevel stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio in the UK and surrounding regions.
- Present and promote unified communication solutionsincluding IP phones and video conferencing systemsto senior decisionmakers and Clevel executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure ensuring a seamless client experience and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with technical and operations teams to meet client requirements and delivery timelines.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and strategic client meetings.
- Support and drive the transition to a direct sales model targeting key enterprise accounts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the telecommunications or unified communications industry.
- Demonstrated success in key account acquisition and management with experience working with telecom operators Fortune 500 companies or stateowned enterprises.
- Prior experience transitioning from channel sales to direct enterprise account development is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Communications Technology or a related field.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and longterm client partnerships.
