Aufgaben
We are seeking a Founders Associate fulltime to work closely with our CEO and COO driving strategic initiatives streamlining internal operations and ensuring that our ambitious vision is executed effectively. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to contribute to scaling a transformative venture.
As Founders Associate you will:
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Development: Collaborate with the CEO and COO as a trusted advisor supporting strategic decisionmaking problemsolving and business planning.
- Operational Excellence: Design implement and refine processes that enhance organizational efficiency and enable rapid scaling.
- Project Management: Lead crossfunctional projects ensuring alignment with company priorities and delivering on key milestones.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as a bridge across teams ensuring consistent communication and alignment on objectives.
- Market Insights: Conduct industry research and benchmarking to identify opportunities and provide insights to inform strategy and partnerships.
- Team Enablement: Support leadership in building and maintaining a strong organizational culture while fostering talent development.
- Investor Relations: Assist in preparing materials and communications for investors ensuring clear and compelling messaging.

Qualifikation
To thrive in this role you will need:
- Work experience: 2 years; strong commercial profile with affinity to deeptech topics.
- Industry expertise: Experience in industrial bioeconomy green chemistry or (bio)chemical industries welcome but not required; the same for our target markets personal care & cosmetics home care agriculture and food/feed etc.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a capacity to turn insights into action.
- Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams effectively.
- Drive: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
- Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and a proven ability to thrive in fastpaced evolving environments.
