Job Description

Business Unit: Opinary

Location: Flexible location within the EU with a preference for Germany or the UK.

Target market: Europe UK

Join Opinary a part of Affinity Global Inc. a leading international AdTech powerhouse headquartered in Mumbai and Chicago. Were at the forefront of audience engagement empowering publishers like the Financial Times NBC Universal Yahoo and The Times of London with our awardwinning AI polling software. We help publishers capture realtime opinions collect valuable firstparty data and monetize their content.

Were seeking a seasoned (Senior) Publisher Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion across Europe and the UK focusing on our revolutionary Flex Poll product.

Tasks

  • Proactively identify qualify and convert a target list of 10M page views per month publishers to Opinarys Flex Poll.
  • Achieve a quarterly quota based on new publisher acquisition and some upselling of current publishers.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with a select portfolio of key international publisher accounts.
  • Take full ownership of the sales pipeline accurately forecast revenue and provide regular updates to management.
  • Become a product expert and effectively communicate Opinarys value proposition.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3 years of proven success in AdTech publisher sales or SaaS sales with a strong understanding of the digital publishing landscape.
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech landscape including direct sales programmatic advertising firstparty data strategies and content monetization strategies.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with seniorlevel decisionmakers at large publishing houses.
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM: sales tracking reporting pipeline management forecasting and tartgets
  • Experience with MEDDICC or a similar structured sales methodology.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native level). German proficiency is a plus.
  • A credible trusted profile in the industry evidenced by a strong personal network.
  • Deep interest and understanding of publishers data strategies and how the publisher landscape is responding to the demise of the 3rd party cookie. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards affecting digital publishers.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
