You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThanks to some high profile client wins that have expanded the department Tambo is looking for a Director of Advertising . This person will help us set the vision and direction for our Amazon Advertising product and service and more broadly across retail media. Thus ensuring that Tambo remains a leading player in the global market.
This person will come from an agency or client side organisation with experience managing a large team of advertising managers 5 responsible for 7m of advertising spend. They will work with/or in a multi brand and multi market organisations thus understanding the complexities of trading cross borders and managing cultural borders. They will need to have at least 3 years amazon advertising experience and a 7yr background in biddable or programmatic media overall.
This individual will be able to work independently be commercially aware and experienced in managing a P&L for their division. They will be able to interrogate advertising plans set forecasts and determine advertising strategy without support. They need to have experience with AMC and have proven track record of using the data room to improve efficiencies
This person will have experience using ad tech solutions and outsource solutions to reduce manual workload without compromise on performance e.g. Skai Perpetua Pacvue etc. They will be able to evidence partnership development with media owners & technology partners.
They will be able to provide evidence of how they have developed and nurtured a team building talent and motivating individuals to be the best ecommerce leaders in the UK the purpose that Tambo lives by.
The role will be London based with regular attendance in the London office with occasional visits to Europe to visit clients.
