• You have experience in business development finance brokerage advisory or M&A.
• Youre confident handling several complex conversations and deals at once.
• Youre resourceful proactive and comfortable in a fastmoving environment.

• Youre ambitious sharp and ready to leave your mark.

Tasks

What Youll Do:

• Spot opportunities: Understand client needs (both buyers and sellers) and identify the best strategic options.
• Lead negotiations: Drive deals forward with a winwin mindset and a clear focus on results.
• Support your clients: Be their trusted advisor from the first contact to the final signature.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with analysts partners and our international team to get deals done.
• Own your targets: Youre not here to play smallyoure here to deliver and grow with the business.
