Assignment Duration: Permanent
Open to Local & Travel Candidates
Position Highlights:
- Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; MondayFriday
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $40 $42/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a permanent basis. The SLP will assess diagnose and treat individuals with speech language communication and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their highest potential in communication and daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech language voice cognitivecommunication and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to patients across age groups depending on setting (pediatric adult geriatric).
- Document all services provided accurately maintaining compliance with facility state and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function.
- Participate in team meetings staff training and continuing education.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current and valid SLP License.
- CCCSLP from ASHA.
- Recent clinical experience (minimum 1 year).
- Strong communication documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates residing 50 miles from the facility are eligible for travel pay.
