handson opportunity to gain realworld experience in merchandising and fashion.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the design team in project development and .
Create RM (Raw Material) sheets for new styles under development.
Develop and organize fabric swatches and maintain an archive for reference.
Research market trends to identify customer preferences and emerging demands.
Supervise daily activities related to new developments addressing queries and ensuring timelines are
met.
Prepare presentations and maintain Excel sheets for analysis and reporting on different brands.
Develop tech packs for new styles including all required details for production.
Collaborate as a fit model for product testing and development when needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Has a background in fashion design merchandising or a related field (students or recent graduates are
welcome).
Has strong organizational and research skills to assist with market analysis and customer insights.
Possesses a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Is proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
Is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
