Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP on HANA Developer with a strong background in ABAP 7.5 coding standards RICEFW development and SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OData services Fiori/UI5 and various SAP integration techniques. This role requires handson experience with ABAP on HANA AMDP CDS views and a deep understanding of SAP APIs debugging and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop enhance and optimize ABAP on HANA solutions following ABAP 7.5 coding standards.
- Implement RICEFW (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms and Workflows) components.
- Lead detailed modulespecific configuration and master data development.
- Work on at least two fullcycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Develop debug and optimize OData services and Fiori/UI5 applications using Web IDE/Eclipse ADT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in OData services efficiently.
- Utilize ABAP Proxy SAP APIs REST API RFC IDOC and XML for system integrations.
- Enhance standard SAP functionalities using user exits Business Transaction Events (BTE) BADIs and Enhancement Spots.
- Develop data migration programs using LSMW BDC BAPI and RFC Function Modules.
- Perform thorough ABAP troubleshooting and debugging to resolve system issues.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of handson experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Expertise in ABAP 7.5 coding standards RICEFW and ABAP on HANA.
- Strong knowledge of AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) and CDS (Core Data Services) Views.
- Proficiency in OData services Fiori/UI5 development and debugging.
- Handson experience with SAP API management and enterprise services.
- Strong experience in SAP system integration using REST API ABAP Proxy RFC IDOC & XML.
- Experience in data migration using LSMW BAPI and SAP Function Modules.
- Understanding of SAP enhancement frameworks such as BTE BADI User Exits and Enhancement Spots.
- Excellent ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in at least 2 S/4HANA implementations.
NicetoHave Skills:
- Knowledge of Webdynpro Workflow and Module Pool Programming.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA and HANA performance tuning.
