REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
27 years in partnerships sponsorship sales or business development.
Strong negotiation relationship management and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in highgrowth startups or event sponsorship is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sponsorship sales and secure corporate partnerships.
Build and nurture longterm relationships with partners.
Develop sponsorship proposals and pricing models.
Oversee of sponsorship deliverables.
Align partnerships with business objectives.
Track sponsorship ROI and analyze industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach initiatives.
Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to identify potential sponsors.
