Roles And Responsibility
Front Desk Responsibilities
Be the welcoming face and voice of our Industry greet visitors and ensure a positive first impression.
Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and route them appropriately.
Keep the front desk area tidy organized and presentable. Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain related records.
Data Management Responsibilities
Maintain and update company records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and present reports for management as required.
Assist in maintaining compliance records and documentation.
Ensure seamless organization of digital and physical files.
HR Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment by coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
Manage attendance leave records and other employee documentation.
Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and settled. Help organize employee engagement initiatives and handle employee queries.
Act as a point of contact for HRrelated matters escalating issues to the management when needed.
Skills and Qualification
Your Background
You hold a bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field. You have 35 years of experience in front desk HR or data management roles.
Your Skills
You re a people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You re techsavvy and proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Experience with HR or data management software is a bonus.
You re highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Your Personality
You are courteous approachable and maintain a professional demeanor at all times You re a quick learner who can adapt to new challenges with ease.
